My company relocated me from Kentucky to Sarasota Florida and I met Teri and Carm her husband at a local marketing event.

About two weeks later I heard a sound in my attic and after investigation found I had a family of fruit rats living in our new home. I called Carm and he came right out and did a complete inspection of my home and gave me a quick lesson on what to look for in Florida.

Carms report found that I not only had rats but also termites. He was able to get me into one of his preventive programs. Since that time me and my wife have not seen so much as a ant.

I later remodeled our mater bath and when tearing out the sheetrock found that the whole base of one wall had been destroyed by termites. If Carm had not found them when he did I would have lost my whole house. Thank you Carm and Terri for all the help you have provided me and my wife.
